Received his law degree from the Universidad Complutense (Universidad Complutense de Madrid), his Master’s Degree in Corporate Tax Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa (IE Business School), diploma in: International Commercial Law and Litigation from the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law, Business Management from the Fundación Universidad-Empresa and Banking Management (Banco Santander), International Relations (University of Washington).

Has been a member of the Bar Association of Madrid – ICAM Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid since 1989, and is a registered arbitrator with the Bar.

He directs the defense of his clients’ interests in legal and arbitrations courts [the Spanish Arbitration Court (Corte Española de Arbitraje), ICAM]; particularly within the commercial, corporate and financial sectors.

Professor in Big Data Project in Commercial Law at ISDE- ISDE – Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía). Has delivered classes on Commercial Law in the Master’s Program in International Law (MAI in its Spanish acronym). Has written different articles in media relating different areas of law [e.g., on the protection of consumers, on the prevention of money laundering (Consejo General de la Abogacía Española), use of a “floor clause” in Spanish mortgage contracts (“cláusulas suelo” – Economist&Jurist, etc.].
