He has broad experience in the real estate sector; especially in the field of project management and/or construction management in projects throughout Spain (Terra Mítica, AENA, Telefónica Distrito C, CC Plenilunio, Neinver, Kempinsky – Fuerteventura, etc.) and in real estate sale and lease transactions of plots, industry (Italgrani Spa), hotels, storefronts, etc., advising tenants, landlords, purchasers and sellers. Has advised a Swiss parent company based in Zug in a sale transaction of two hotels in Madrid and Sevilla (Hoteles Tryp)..

Payment Institutions, E-money Institutions, credit institutions, coordinating client’s interests with the regulator (Banco de España, SEPBLAC). Litigation in different fields (e.g., Lehman, Kaupthingbank, etc.), consumer complaints, tax, administrative complaints, etc., with a multidisciplinary vision. Has advised for more than thirteen years a US Money Transmitter entity with interests in Spain.

Has been an outside attorney representing interests of La Caixa-Banco de Europa in litigation cases. Has promoted complaints on behalf of Spanish and international clients in application of EU Regulations (Regulation 1896/2006 on European Order for Payment Procedure, Regulation 1215/2012 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments, etc.) and international conventions entered into by Spain and other countries.

Participated as an attorney of an important creditor in the insolvency proceedings of Grupo Torras SA (“Torres KIO”) and collaborated in the restructuring of WorldCom with interests in Spain. Has defended Notes issued by BNP Paribas purchased by a US Fund in Pescanova’s insolvency proceedings (Concurso) and assisted both debtors and creditors in insolvency proceedings.).

Has drafted commercial agreements (agency, distribution, franchise, etc.). Has advised during five years L’Occitane regarding its agency and distributing agreements. Has advised a German leading global functional coatings and color solutions provider in an economic concentration in Spain, with favorable decision of the Spanish National Competition Commission, the National Commission of Capital Market (CNMC). Advises on trademarks for products and services; e.g., has given advice on intellectual property in year 2015 to lodge precautionary measures in respect of infringement of collective work regarding a French yacht design.

Has been arbitrator, e.g., designated by ICAM in a franchise litigation. Has been attorney representing a Spanish entity in a complaint of management fees of a shopping mall in Logroño, Spain (CCBerceo); attorney representing a Portuguese firm against a Spanish multinational specialized in the development of IT security solutions and antivirus software based in Canada.
